1. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your billing page or email pcdeskonline@gmail.com with your purchase email and receipt details. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period.
2. Refund rules
- Initial purchase: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase (unless local law says otherwise).
- Renewals: generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of billing error/duplicate charge.
3. Paddle processing
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds may be handled via Paddle’s tools/processes; we will assist you via support if needed.
